For small, straightforward projects, typically under 30 fixtures or one to two defined areas, our team creates a visual lighting overlay from your submitted site materials.
Deliverables
- Lighting concept overlays: fixture placement, beam direction, and effect indicators marked on dealer-provided photos, elevations, or landscape plans for client presentation.
- Basic transformer & wiring layout guidance: suggested transformer locations, wire routing, and zoning considerations (where adequate overhead imagery or plans are available).
- Nightscaping Bill of Materials (BOM): recommended fixtures, transformers, accessories, and components; preselected and pre-loaded in a cart.
- Suggested installation cost range: preliminary client-facing budget framework based on fixture count, product selection, and project complexity.

- Discovery call: review of project goals, site conditions, client priorities, budget expectations, and design intent with dealer and/or client.
- Conceptual design & preliminary budget: scope and project value established early to support pre-sales conversations before final specs are developed.
- Schematic design: lighting concept refined with feedback; fixture locations, effects, and alignment with integrator and client vision clarified.
- Design development documentation: product specs, preliminary BOM, and CAD fixture layouts for estimating, ordering, and coordination.
- Wiring schematics: wire runs, connection points, junction locations, and installation pathways to simplify field execution.
- Load, power & zone schedules: system zones, transformer loads, power distribution, and future expansion considerations to prevent overloading.
